Antoine Burrell is a technology leader, executive coach, and the founder of Alpha Bravo Professional Coaching. Over two decades, he has led engineering organizations at companies including PayPal, T. Rowe Price, Northrop Grumman, and Cloudera — guiding teams of up to 45 people through complex, high-stakes work. Today, as a Senior Engineering Manager at Cloudera, he builds enterprise streaming platforms by day and helps people build the careers and lives they actually want by design.

Alpha Bravo was born from a simple conviction: that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Trained in the Co-Active method through the Co-Active Training Institute, Antoine partners with leaders, career-changers, and high-achievers who feel the pull toward their next summit — and want a steady guide for the climb.

He holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Computer Science from UMBC. He lives in Maryland with his family, and when he's not coaching, you'll find him under a barbell, on the golf course, or deep in a good sci-fi novel.
